Magic Foods India is a forward integration of the expertise and infrastructure of the Coimbatore Roller Flour Mills and is a manufacturer of instant noodles. Engaged in the milling of Atta, Maida and Sooji for over 4 decades, CRF was taken over by its current owners – the D K Gupta family – in 1978. Steered by the expertise of Shri D K Gupta, a professionally qualified food technologist from CFTRI, India and Kansas Tech, USA, CRF soon found a market for its high-quality products.
The annual production capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes, paves the way for CRF foray into manufacturing, branding and marketing its own brand of instant noodles. With the market for noodles wide open for new players in an ever-expanding consumer space for instant foods, Magic Foods launched its first basket of brands – Spicy Masala Instant Noodles and Triple Joy Fried Noodles.
