Automatic Slack Adjusters
The design, which incorporates the Gap or Clearance Sensing principle, is interchangeable with most ASAs currently in service and, in the appropriate configuration, can be used with all applications using S-cam brakes.
The MEI ASA has KBA certification, tested to ABE by TÜV in Germany and to SAE J1462 by Link Testing Labs of Detroit, Michigan, USA. Both design and manufacturing are well proven and we have no hesitation in offering warranty periods that are equal to the longest in the automotive industry.

Air Disc Brake

MEI products are known for their performance & quality among the automotive industry and their Air Disc Brake (ADB) is no different. MEI Engineering team has extensive experience in the Design and manufacture of ADB. Based on the customer’s requirement it is available in many sizes to suit wheel rim sizes and rotor diameters. Also available in many variants such as chamber mounting angles, pad wear sensor types. MEI ADB’s have been through many lab tests (ECE R-13, FMVSS121) and field trials to ensure it’s quality under demanding situations.
