Front Wiper System
This equipment is for wiping water and dirt from vehicle windshields to ensure a clear field of vision for the driver in accordance with regulations. It consists of a motor, link mechanism, and wiper arm that transmits the rotational force, and a blade that creates a uniform thin film of water.
It is compact, lightweight, highly efficient, and quiet. It combines a standard 4-pole, 2-speed deceleration motor and the world’s first brushless control motor. It is used widely in light vehicles, luxury vehicles, and eco-friendly vehicles according to the needs of the customer.
Rear Wiper System
This equipment is for wiping water and dirt from the rear windows of vehicles to ensure the rear view of the driver. It uses the world’s first 4-pole motor, making it compact and lightweight. It is used widely in light vehicles, luxury vehicles, and eco-friendly vehicles.
Power Window Motor
This is a motor for raising and lowering vehicle windows. Because it is small, lightweight, and has high output, it can be used in various types of vehicles; from light vehicles to large vehicles and eco-friendly vehicles. It also includes variations such as one-touch opening and closing, and a function to prevent pinching.
Power Seat Motor
This motor is for adjusting the driver’s seat position. It is compact, lightweight, and has high output, so it helps reduce weight and improve power consumption. This motor is also extremely quiet.
Roof Motor
This is a motor for opening and closing sunroofs and shades. It is thin and can be mounted flexibly, and is used in a wide range of vehicles. The size of the ECU has been reduced by adopting our custom microcomputer. It includes automatic operation, pinch inversion, and a function for learning and identifying improper operations.
Power Sliding Door Drive System
This is a system for electrically opening and closing sliding doors such as on minivans. The controller operates the motor and a wire moves the door. Because it is small and lightweight with high output, it is commonly used in a variety of vehicle models. The motor is brushless, so doors open and close quietly.
Starter Motor
This is a motor for starting the engine. The uniaxial layout helps save space and it is lightweight. It is also highly durable for supporting start-stop systems. Combined with this are helical gears, used to ensure quietness.
Fan Motor
This product is for blowing air to radiators, condensers, and other parts that require cooling. Both brushless and brushed motors are available. The motor is durable, heat resistant, and water-resistant, and features a quiet shroud and fan.
Intelligent Dynamic Actuator
This is an actuator that is mainly used to control the EGR valve of diesel engines for commercial vehicles. It features a brushless motor and deceleration mechanism and controller, and the output shaft is controlled according to the opening command position.
Electric Oil Pump
This is a motor-driven oil pump. It can be used to supply oil such as to clutches and for oil lubrication and cooling. Due to the mechatronic integration of the pump, motor, and driver, it can communicate with the vehicle ECU, allowing the pump to be controlled according to the application.
Electronic Throttle Control Motor
This is a motor that controls the opening and closing of valves in electronic throttle systems. This is a compact, high-torque brushed motor. It has excellent vibration resistance and heat resistance.
Electric Power Steering Motor
This motor supplies power for steering. Assistance from the motor allows the steering wheel to be turned with little force. Since it is electrically powered, in addition to driving assistance, the motor can generate a steering force that allows the vehicle to stay in the driving lane.
Electric Servo Brake Motors
This is a motor that controls the hydraulic braking of regenerative braking systems.
