Sivaramakrishna Forgings Pvt. Ltd. formed in the year 1995 is one among the leading manufacturers of Hot Forged closed die, upset Forgings, and fully machined components. (Closed die forgings up to 5 kgs). The company has to its credit a large variety of intricate hot forged components, which have applications in automotive, valve industries, and agriculture industries.

The company has two units in Thirumudivakkam. SIDCO Industrial Estate, Chennai. Unit – I has Drop Forging facility with oil-fired furnaces and Unit – II has Press Forging facility with Induction Heaters and cold Coining Press. Both the Units has facilities for post forging operations independently.

The Unit – II is situated in One Acre land with 22,500 Sq. Feet building and with HT Power Connection. This unit is having four production cells with induction heaters and presses. One cell is fully dedicated to Brakes India Ltd to produce forgings for their Export requirements.

Induction heaters are fitted with non contact pyrometers and accept reject systems (3 way) to have proper control on forging temperature.

The company also handles carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steels of various grades.
