Perforated Metal Products Expanded Metal
Perforated products are used across a wide section of the industry for varied purposes like sound insulation, filtration & decorative uses.
Material
- They specialize in custom manufacturing of SS & GI perforated sheets in various metals.Mild Steel – Most Commonly used due to its cost effectiveness.
- SS – Stainless Steel – It ensures long working life without corrosion. They undertake perforation in AISI grades 304,310,321,410,430 and Duplex ( 2205)

Expanded Metal Expanded Metal
Expanded metal is made by sheering and stretching a sheet forming a diamond pattern. It is commonly used for grating.
Expanded metal is commonly manufactured in Aluminum, Mild Steel, and Galvanized iron sheets. They can manufacture expanded metal from 0.5mm thickness to 8mm thickness up to 6′ width.
The standard opening range from:
- LWD – 12.5mm to 200mm
- SWD – 5mm to 80mm
Vibrating Screen Expanded Metal
They specialize in the manufacture of industrial screens. They stock an extensive range of wire screens from 3 mm aperture to 63 mm. These screens are manufactured in thickness up to 10 mm providing a sturdy life.
Most screens are clamped to provide hooked screens to provide for tensioning. The clamping of the hooks is done at a 45-60 degree angle. There are three types of hooks
- Plain wire hook ( for 8 & 10 mm thickness )
- Sheet metal hook ( for 2mm to 7mm thickness )
- Sheet metal hook with double fold ( less than 2mm thickness )
- The screens are manufactured using Spring Steel wire (High Carbon).

Welded Mesh
Welded wire mesh is a variation of wire mesh wherein the intersections are resistance welded according to the material. They are available in rolls or flat panels. They have varied usage across industries ranging from infrastructure to fabrication. The below are the standard sizes available in stock

- Opening : 15mm to 150mm
- Width : Upto 2 mtr
- Material : MS, GI, SS & PVC
Filter Disc
Wire mesh is cut in round sizes to meet the specific requirements of industries and used as filter discs. Two or more specifications of wire mesh are clubbed together and used as sandwich mesh.
- Commonly used diameters in Disc filters are 80mm round, 150mm round, 220mm round.
- The sieves vary for 1000 microns to 10 micron as per client application.
