MAHATHOL QUENCH 22 and 32 are general purpose quenching and Heat Treatment Oils blended from selected low sulphur base stocks having excellent oxidation, chemical and thermal stability high fluidity and low volatility. They have high flash and fire points. These Oils have polar additives with good wetting characteristics to impart accelarated quenching and is recommended for general purpose fast quenching applications requiring hardening of many components such as bolts, set screws, crank shafts axles, camshafts, steering arms, brake drums, etc.

MAHATHOL TRANSOL developed from highly refined paraffinic base stock, is a premium quality transformer oil with inherit properties of heat transfer, thermal and oxidation stability, besides good electrical properties without use of any of the additives.
MAHATHOL TRANSOL is recommended for use in distribution transformers, power transformers, both for the initial fill and as a replacement fluid to cool and insulate the windings and core. This is also used for switch gears, ciruit breakers. Finds use in the ancillary equipments for the transformers such as brushings, bush bars etc.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL
Dewatering-cum-Rust Preventive-Solvent Type
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL is a Dewatering fluid containing oil soluble surface active agents
dissolved in a solvent with suitable corrosion preventive and film forming materials. On application, the water displacing additives remove traces of moisture as the solvent evaporates leaving a thin soft wax or grease like film.
The dewatering property helps to dehydrate the finger prints to prevent subsequent remoistening of the residual salts by sealing them with a protective layer, thus rendering salt of the finger print completely inactive. This oil can be applied at room temperature by dip or spray method.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL is recommended for protection against rusting the work piece during short storage in between machining operations and protects metal surfaces against corrosion.

MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 22
Non-Solvent Rust Preventive Thin Oil Film Type
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 22 is a non-solvent type lubricating oil containing soluble corrosion inhibitors to ensure protection against rusting. They are generally applied by dipping, brushing or spraying which leaves behind a thin layer of oil film over the work piece. These oily films can be removed by petroleum solvents by vapour degreasing agents.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 22 serves as a lubricant and as well as temporary rust protection for in-door/out-door storage operations of black sheets and transportation in steel plants.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 22 is suitable for internal protection of engines and machining, gear boxes, axle assemblies, oil and fuel pump and lines and oil tanks. The oil film is compatible with the lubricating oil.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 42
Non-Solvent Rust Preventive Soft Greasy Film Type
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 42 is a non-solvent type rust preventive containing selected adhesive and oiliness additives providing a non drying type greasy film on the metal surface. This rust preventive is applied by brush or spraying after heating it to 50 Deg. C. to 60 Deg. C. temperature. This greasy film can be laer removed by suitable petroleum solvents.
MAHATHOL PROTECTOL 42 is recommended where a thick protective greasy film is desired and where its removal is not essential. This rust preventive can be applied to many types of assemblies by hot dipping. They are suitable for piston assemblies, oil seals, transmissions and timing chains, single items such as milling, cutters, plain bearing inserts for highly finished as well as normal machined surfaces.
MAHATHOL DIP-PEEL COMPOUND
ETHYL CELLULOSE HOT DIPPING COMPOUND
MAHATHOL DIP-PEEL COMPOUND has a rubber-like consistency at room temperature and melted for application. This is based on ethyl cellulose jelled with high viscosity index mineral oils and non volatile plastisizer, incorporated with suitable anti-oxidants and binders.
This product gives an excellent protection against rust, corrosion and abrasion. This Product finds ideal use for auto-parts, sewing machine, cycle parts, cutters, tool bits, chisels, gears and sprockets, precision tools, spark plugs, bolts and nuts, pistons, dies, rods and pins, surgical
instruments, axle, assemblies, nozzles, ball bearings and other various assemblies.
MAHATHOL DIP-PEEL COMPOUND gives 100% protection against rust and corrosion under severe atmospheric conditions, salt water immersion, tropical climate and temperature ranging from -10 Deg. C. to -20 Deg. C. Since this product has high input resistance, it gives added
protection against abrasion or mishandling during transit. The transparency fo the coating helps easy identification of coated parts and enhances the visual appearance. It also reduces packing time. The peelable coating can be re-used thereby gives 50% saving. After peeling the components leaves behind a thin coating of lubricating oil which serves as a natural rust preventive till further operations. This MAHATHOL DIP-PEEL COMPOUND has a unique
MAHATHOL DIP-PEEL COMPOUND is recommended for dipping temperatures between 180 Deg. C. to 190 Deg. C. which would give approximately 1 mm thick coating. Hardening of the dip-peel compound’s film is 10 to 50 seconds depending on the size of the article coated.

This helps release of the mould from the die and give a perfect finish.

Neat/Straight Cutting Oil – Non-Staining Inactive Type
MAHATHOL NC is an inactive sulphurised cutting oil blended from specially selected high viscosity Index base stocks having oxidation and chemical stability.Chlorine and sulphurised fats are incorporated to provide Anti-weld extreme pressure and oiliness characteristics to these Oils.
MAHATHOL NC protects the tool life and enables the use of these Oils for extreme pressure, low / moderate temperature cutting operations where feed rates are high but operative speed is low.
MAHATHOL NC provides excellent performance in all machining operations on non-ferrous metals and can also be used for machining of ferrous metals where the severity of operation is not high. This Oil is recommended for Gear hobbing, screw cutting, tapping, milling, reaming etc., and they do not discolour the components.

Neat / Straight Cutting Oil – Coolant type
MAHATHOL TEST OIL is a neat / straight cutting Oil. It also serves as a coolant. This Oil finds extensive use in aluminium alloys grinding, polishing and for honing operations of steel alloys. This Oil being of low viscosity its swift flow cleans the components of the other metal particles during final polish leaving behind a thin film of oil which acts as a rust preventive.
MAHATHOL TEST OIL has anti-rust additives along with anti-oxidants and deformers incorporated in it. Thus, this oil becomes versatile in its applications.
MAHATHOL NC 14-S
Neat / Straight Cutting Oil Staining Active Type
\MAHATHOL NC 14-S is a low viscosity cutting oil with chlorine, active sulphur and extreme pressure additives, imparting marked antiweld properties which help machining of intricate shapes with high precision. Being a low viscosity oil, it has excellent cooling and swarf removal characteristics.
MAHATHOL NC 14-S is recommended for difficult machining operations of touch steels in automatic lathes, screw cutting machines where pressurised coolant system is employed for ferrous, ferrous alloys and stainless steel. Not recommended for non-ferrous metals of yellow type as they are liable to stain.
MAHATHOL NC 14-S is also suitable for certain Honing operations.
MAHATHOL NC 32-S
Neat/Straight Cutting Oil – Staining Active Type
MAHATHOL NC 32-S is a medium viscosity dark brown Oil containing Sulphurised fatty materials, free active sulphur and chlorine along with extreme pressure, oiliness and anti corrosive additives. This Oil therefore provides better surface finish, superior metal wettability and better cooling in increased severity operational conditions. They also provide longer cutting tool life over a wide range of operating temperatures.
MAHATHOL NC 32-S is recommended for severe cutting and machining operations of high tensile stainless steel as well as nickel chromium alloys on automatics, gear cutting, hobbing, drilling, reaming and thread cutting machines.
MAHATHOL NC 32-S is not recommended for use on non-ferrous metals or yellow metals which they are liable to stain.
MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25
GENERAL PURPOSE EMULSIFIABLE WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL
MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 is a water soluble cutting oil which forms a milky emulsion and contain rust inhibitor to impart anti-rust, anti-corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion.
MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 gives excellent tool life and surface finish and minimises tool wear. This Oil also gives good cooling and lubricating properties. Recommended for a variety of cutting operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Mixing Ratio: Oil to water 1:20. Always oil must be added to water with continuous stirring. It does not decompose chemically, does not give objectionable odour and does not cause de-colourisation or staining. This oil does not affect the skin of the operators.
MAHATHOL SOLUCUT 25 meets IS 1115-1986(Reaffirmed 1991) specifications. Soluble Cutting Oils that can work with very high ppm level hard water (over 1000 ppm) and oils which can work in1:40 ratio are also available.
MAHATHOL DRALA 44
EMULSIFIABLE PASTE – DEEP DRAWING
\MAHATHOL DRALA 44 is an emulsifiable cream or white coloured paste non-staining. These are formulated by blending of refined petroleum oil with soap and fatty materials. The additives incorporated improve the wetting characteristics and impart film strength required for heavy drawings.
It is also useful in deep drawing of metal sheets.
They have good cooling ability and recommended for Aluminium, Carbon Alloy steels wire and Tube drawing.
MAHATHOL DRALA 22
EMULSIFIABLE PASTE – DEEP DRAWING
MAHATHOL DRALA-22 is an emulsifiable, cream coloured paste non staining. These are formulated by blending of refined petroleum oil with fatty oil and soap formed and this improves the wetting characteristics. It consists of inert fillers which impart film strength required for heavy drawings. They have good cooling abililty and recommended for Carbon Alloy steels wire and Tube drawing.
GREASES
MAHATHOL GREASE GP 2 or 3
GENERAL PURPOSE & ALL PURPOSE GREASE
MAHATHOL GREASE GP 2 and 3 are premium quality lithium based general purpose automotive greases and they are also known as multi-purpose Greases. They have a high drop point and have excellent thermal and structural stability. They also have good oxidation stability, anti-rust and corrosion protection properties.
MAHATHOL GREASE GP 2 and 3 are recommended for the lubrication of heavy duty plain and roller bearing operations under heavy loads and shock loading conditions. These general purpose Greases are fortified with special additives and are waer repellent and can be used for water pumps plain anti-friction roller bearing, wheel bearing, chassis fitting, grease cups and universal joints and all other automotive applications.
MAHATHOL GREASE GP 2 and 3 meets IS 12203-1987(Reaffirmed 1993) specifications.
MAHATHOL GREASE WB 2 or 3
WHEEL BEARING GREASE
MAHATHOL GREASE WB 2 and 3 are lithium based greases having fibrous structure and have excellent performance, shear stability, and adhesive to metal surfaces. They maintain their structural stability even over long service periods and withstands withstands excessive churning operations effectively. They also possess the required consistency for pumpability for application by grease guns.
MAHATHOL GREASE WB 2 and 3 are recommended for wheel bearings, universal joints, high emperature clutch release, generator and fan bearings, and all other automotive applications where this grease is not exposed to direct water or moisture.
MAHATHOL GREASE WB 2 and 3 meets the requirements of IS-10647-1983 (Re-affirmed 1993) specifications.

AUTOMOTIVE CHASSIS GREASE
MAHATHOL GREASE CHASSIS has light yellowish colour, lithium based with buttery smooth texture. It has good adhesiveness to metal surfaces and has good water repellent properties. It is suitable for shock loads due to its non-displacement characteristics.
MAHATHOL GREASE CHASSIS is widely used for all chassis applications including suspension, steering and spring shackles. It is also recommended for certain open and semi-enclosed gears as well as chain drives of farm equipments and lubrications of track rollers and idlers of certain crawler type tractors.

MAHATHOL GREASE LITHOX EP are Lithium based Greases having extreme pressure (EP) properties. These greases are fortified with superior additives which resist water washout and prevents seizure of moving parts caused by shock loadings. MICROFFIN 63 WAX
Speciality Wax for Rubber Processing
MICROFFIN 63 Wax is a speciality Microcrystalline Wax blend recommended for processing of Rubber goods, Automotive bushes, V-belt and conveyor belting. This is a good softner for mastication, calendering of pigment stocks for tyre manufacture, flaps etc.
Microffin 63 Wax is also used as a mouth sealing compound in vulcanizing of rubber tubes and flaps.
PARAFFIN WAX
PARAFFIN WAX has a solid crystal structure at room temperature and consists of only solid satured hydrocarbon. It also has a homogenous appearance and free from any foreign matter.
They have their origin from Crude Oils. They have number of applications and uses and are used for waxing paper, candles, textiles, detergents, polishes, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals etc.

SYNTHETIC WAX
MAHATHO WAX SY. 1613 is a Synthetic Wax developed which has a high melting point. These synthetic waxes are compatible with polybutene to form cable jelly, splice jelly compounds. They are compatible to some extent with petroleum waxes; like paraffin and microcrystaline waxes.
Recommended for use in cable jelly, furniture wax and other special applications which call for high melting requirements.

Synthetic Pine Tar Tackifier and Plasticizer for Rubber
MAHATHOL RT-75 – Synthetic Pine Tar is a Petroleum residue left after steam distillation of the volatile materials blended and processed with terpenes, terpene hydro carbon synthetic resins and polymerised.
MAHATHOL RT-75 – Synthetic Pine Tar is an excellent tackifier, softner and plasticizer for natural as well as synthetic rubber. Recommended for compounding and processing of tyre automotive rubber goods, for manufacture of tread rubber, motor and conveyor beltings, tubes and flaps. This Product is originally developed as per the specification of MRF-Mansfield.
MAHATHOL RT-75 – Synthetic Pine Tar meets the specification of IS 8891-1978 (Reaffirmed 1991).
MAHATHOL R (A)
Rubber Extender / Process Oil – Aromatic
MAHATHOL R (A) is a high Aromatic Rubber Process Oil. This is Greenish brown in colour and has good solvency, making it compatible with most Rubber Polymers.
MAHATHOL R (A) finds extensive use in the manufacture of automobile tyres, tread rubber, beltings, battery cases and other rubber components where colour is not an imporant factor. This Oil is added to the polymers which may or may not have been oi extended and this process oil facilitate mixing peration,
reduces compounding time and improve processibility.
MAHATHOL R (P)
Rubber Process Oil – Paraffinic
MAHATHOL R (P) is a light coloured paraffinic type, medium bodied Rubber Process Oil with good colour stability. This Oil has high flash point, high temperature properties, less sulphur content and low solvency.
These Oils are recommended as ingredients for manufacturing of various rubber products from both natural as well as synthetic rubber and also finds use in butyl and ethylene propylene rubbers. These are recommended to be used for processing of light coloured rubber goods such as white walled tyres, shoe soles, toys, sporting goods etc.

Rubber Process Oil – Naphthenic
MAHATHOL R (N) is a Naphthenic process oil, non-staining and has fairly good colour stabibility with adequate high temperature properties. Its solvency is good and it improves the processibility of natural rubber in particular and it is suitable as general purpose rubber process oil for butyl rubber also and recommended for use in processing of rubber for the manufacture of automotive tyres, tubes, mats, footwear and many other mounded and extruded rubber goods.

AGARBATHI WHITE OIL – TECHNICAL WHITE OIL
MAHATHOL AB WHITE is a Technical white oil used for agarbathi manufacture. This oil is water white in appearance without any odour. This oil is predominantly paraffinic. This oil being light, it penatrates into the Agarbathi mass completely and therefore best suited as a perfume base and medium. Its high flash point and less volatile nature makes it most suitable for long standing burning of the incense stick.
PRINT BL
PRINTING MEDIUM FOR BLACK AND DARK COLOURS
PRINT BL Oil is dark in colour and has good solvency. This Oil has compatibility with good number of polymers. This Oil facilitates mixing operations and improve processibility.
