Hydraulic Pipe Bending Machine
All models consists basically of a bending frame of immense strength, entirely constructed from rolled steel sections, bolted and welded where necessary, to provide a rigid yet transportable structure upon which are mounted the Hydraulic Power Unit and Bend Formers.
The Hydraulic Pipe Benders are capable of bending pipes as per your required dimensions up to 180 degeree. The Hydraulic Power Unit is a highly efficient powerful source of bending force developing required pressure, enough to bend the maximum size of tubes in the range with ease. The pump piston is made from high carbon steel, hardened and ground to precision micron finish. Hydraulic ram retraction is by spring, supplied with thick walled steel tripod for instant mounting at site or in shop ready for immediate use.
Also made to order Special Purpose Hydraulic bending equipment. Bending capacity upto 100 MM (“4”).
Sequence of Bending
Insert tube between dies.
Grip end of tube with clamping die.
Close hydraulic forward up to required bend.
Release or return the hydraulic force( home position).
Remove bent portion out of roller die.
