GLAZER AND GLAZE HARDNER

Ramtech Refrigeration offers a reliable and quality combination of dip and spraying system with glaze hardeners. This provides 15-30% glazing which enhances the product and its storage life.
The structure is made of food grade stainless-steel and conveyor belt is of food grade plastic. The glaze hardener has similar features as mentioned for IQF.

COLD STORAGE MODULAR WALK-IN COLD ROOMS

The modular walk-in cold rooms are available in pre-fab panels for ease of installation. They have a

The incoming product is fed into a vibrating stainless steel vessel where majority of dust and dirt is

By just press of a “START” button of control panel, agitator starts, loads and unloads compressor pistons and throttling of suction valve. The automation ensures compressor receives vapour and avoids liquid ammonia into compressor which is a major cause of compressor damage.
Automation eliminates requirement of skilled technicians round the clock, so maintenance costs of
compressor repair due to liquid flooding into suction is eliminated. This keeps the compressor
trouble free and efficient for long. The payback period is less than 12 months. The control panel is equipped with Industrial grade PLC panel for automated operation.
