The Group has installed a state-of-the-art plant with a capacity of 3000MT and is known as one of the largest household recycling plants in South East Asia. Processing all kinds of copper cables from household to lead copper cables, the Group has two factories dedicated to the recycling of copper cables. Operating out of two factory sites that are collectively spread over 23-acres of land parcels, the two plants have a joint capacity of 10000MT per month.

Berry
It Consists of Clean, Uncoated, Unalloyed Copper Wire and is Free of Brittle Wire and Copper of tubing.
Candy
It is No.1 in Heavy Copper and Tubings. It consists of clean, Unalloyed, Uncoated copper clippings, punchings, bus bars, Clean Copper Segments, and Wire not less than 1/16 of an inch thick.
Birch/Cliff
It is a No.2 copper Scrap wire/ pipes with a Copper Content of 94% to 96% as determined by electrolytic assay. It should be free from excessively leaded, Soldered Copper Wire, Brass wire, Bronze Wire, excessive oil, non-metallic, brittle burnt wire, and ash.

It is a No.2 Remelted Copper Scrap. Which has a copper content of 99% to 99.9%
Clove
It consists of No.1 bare, uncoated, unalloyed copper wire scrap nodules, chopped or shredded. Free of tin, lead, zinc, other metallic impurities, insulation, and other foreign contamination. Minimum copper 99%. Gauge smaller than no. 16B & S wire
Cobra
It consists of No.2 unalloyed copper wire scrap nodules, chopped or shredded, with recovery ranging from 98%to 99%. Other metal impurities Aluminium, Tin, and other Non-Ferrous metals.
Berry
It Consists of Clean, Uncoated, Unalloyed Copper Wire and is Free of Brittle Wire and Copper of tubing.
Copper Wire
It is No 1. Copper quality with Thickness not more than 16 gauge. It is Bare, Uncoated, and Unalloyed drawn out from cable wire.
LEAD MANUFACTURING
Jain Metal Group entered the Lead Industry with a Top-of-the-range plant dedicated to Producing Quality Lead & Lead Alloys.
With a monthly capacity of generating 5500 MT of pure lead and lead alloys, the ultra-modern manufacturing plant is spread over a sprawling 17-acre facility and has over 700 plants, flowers, and lush, verdant trees spread over 2.5 acres of land.

Rains
Rains are dry whole intact or scrap drained lead. It has to be free from liquid. Cases have to be either plastic or rubber, non-lead is not acceptable.
Radio
It is a mixed hard and soft lead scrap. It consists of clean lead and is free from battery plates, lead-covered cables, Collapsible tubes, iron & brass fittings, dirty lead, and radioactive materials.
Relay
They are lead-covered copper cables. It is free of armored-covered cables and foreign materials.
Rails
A minimum of 97% metallic content is required. They are free of scrap lead, wheel weights, battery plates, rubber, and foreign materials.
Rents
It should be clean and should be free from other materials such as iron, dirt, harmful chemicals, radioactive, zinc and aluminum. Other materials such as antimony, tin, etc. have to be accounted for. Lead-covered cables joints shall consist of soft lead covered in insulated or uninsulated copper wire and wire joints.
Ropes
It consists of lead tire balance with or without iron clippings. This does not include scrap lead, lugs, plates unless specifically agreed to. It has to be free from any foreign materials.
