They were initially a facility that followed the buyer’s specifications but today they have an inhouse design team that puts on the table styles and fabrics that show Young Brand’s individual strength along with the source-based variety.
A walk on the factory floor would take one through a gamut of products from women’s lingerie to children’s underwear to men’s briefs from teens to vest to sleep wear each product crafted to a customer’s standard and to consumer’s delight.
Though started with a focus on manufacturing lingerie the unit has moved on to garment with higher minute constructions, inhouse designers, sketch, knit and skew to showcase product strength of Young Brand Apparel.
They monitor and track our business on sophisticated systems like SAP, Fast React, GST etc
Fully automated sewing machines, GERBER spreaders and cutters,Tajima embroidery machines make products to specifications. The raw material warehouse,the lab, the finished goods warehouse supports a seamless flow in the process.
From PO to Invoice meticulous care is taken and every step is monitored on SAP. Young Brand Apparel being located in Chennai which is both the seaport and the airport acts as a huge advantage when importing material and exporting consignments.
Nestled within the 30 acres is a graphic print facility. The embellishment unit enables Young Brand Apparel to offer wide range of print techniques like pigment, water based, rubber, foil, flock, glitter, puff, nail heads and diamond embellishments and combination of all the above.
