Rotavator

Rotavator, unlike traditional implements can produce a seed bed with one or two passes. Since the rotavator requires no traction, the tractor/rotavator combination can commence cultivation immediately after rain than traditional drawn implements. This makes it ideal in wet paddy condition to cultivate, while at the same time assisting the push through muddy conditions.

It is most suitable for sugarcane stubble removal, eradication of rhizomes such as couch grass and broken fern.

Hole Digger

Hole digger is an implement that will drill / dig holes of varied sizes and depths for planting seedlings and saplings. hole digger is an attachment to the tractor 3-point linkage with category I & II mountings. Auger is driven through bevel gears by the tractor.

Sub – Soiler

The SUBSOILER is a tractor drawn heavy duty implement which is very useful to ease the compactness of the soil below 400 – 500mm of the surface due to usage of heavy equipment in various filed operations. This will reduce the compactness for better root penetration and better aeration for good crop yield. Available in SINGLE LEG/DOUBLE LEG/TRIPLE LEG model for suitable tractors.

Rotavator – Rice Harrow

Rice harrow is a combination of Rotavator and perfect levelling device and suppresses the weed which is highly recommended for rice fields using rice transplanter. A tractor PTO operated (540 rpm) implement. Rice harrow is recommended for rice field which are going to be transplanted with mechanical transplanter. It gives perfect levelling. Required medium Hp tractors only. wide coverage 9-11 ft. High productivity. Fuel saving and less maintenance. Less time of operating with minimum water.

Bund former

Bund former is a boon to the former where rat menace and sewage water is a perennial problem. It makes a perfect bund which will reduce the damages occurred due to rat, leakage etc. By using bund former equipment will get proper size and perfect cemented shape bunds. with this equipment with lesser operating cost higher number of bunds forming is achieved

Power harrow

This is highly suitable for deep rooted dry cultivation for crops like cashewnut, etc. Power harrow comparatively better useful than any other primary tillage implement by its performance, coverage etc.

Sugarcane Planter

SUGAR CANE PLANTER is an equipment attached to tractor. Full size of the cane is fed by the operator and it automatically cut the sett. On levelled filed it will form a harrow, place the sett as per required space and cover sett with soil will be done in single pass. 2 ROW and 3 ROW planters are available.

Cane Pitter

Cane pitter is an implement that drills holes for planting sugarcane. Cane pitter is an attachment to the tractor 3-point linkage with category I & II mountings. Auger is driven through PTO drive shaft containing the tractor.

Ratoon Manager

Ratoon Manager is a tractor drawn implement mounted on a 3-point linkage driven by the PTO. This is a combination of Stubble Shaving, Off-baring and Harrowing. If required, fertilizer & pesticide applicator can also be provided as an optional. Ratoon Manager will be the best if the field preparation (Ridges and Furrow) is done with tractor and suitable for different row spacing. It shaves the stubbles evenly and the Off-baring helps to trim the roots. Harrowing promotes better aeration and water penetration to rejuvenate and induce the growth of the sugarcane.

Baler

Advantages of Round Baler

Forage Harvester

Tractor PTO operated FORAGE HARVESTER which can harvest, collect, chop and collecting trailer. The Forage Harvester can be used both in Row crops and broadcasted crop field with modified attachment. This is suitable for Fodder crops like grass, maize and sugarcane.

Tea Harvester

Tea Leaves will be harvested by this Harvester machine without any damage to the leaves or Plant. Quality can be maintained and quantity of plucking will be enhanced. Various sizes of clipping width 340 mm, 410 mm, 1200 mm, 1400 mm, 1600 mm plucking machines available.

8 rake tines on each rotor ensure very good clean raking, close to 100%. Cranked tines are part of this high working quality. The adjustment from spreading to raking is quick and easy: You simply change the position of the rake tines using a spring-loaded dowel. The rake tines are fabricated from high-class spring steel. ensuring long life and low maintenance costs.

Simple and sturdy transmission

A special V-belt drives both rotors and is kept tight by an automatically belt tensioner. Another example of JF’s attention to detail helping ease the daily work load.

Good adaption to ground conditions

The wheels of the machine have been positioned with the shortest possible distance between them and the front rake tines. An even and steady performance, with good clean raking, can be achieved under all conditions.

Shedder

The shredder is meant to shred/chop wooden, fibrous, grass leaves, cardboard packing cases, waste fruit and vegetables, wooden boxes, pallets, etc. The fineness of the shredding material can be adjusted through a screen. The shredder can be operated either by electric motor or by diesel engine or by tractor PTO. The output capacity of the equipment starts from 3 to 60 cub.mtr/hr.

Tub Grinder

MULTIPLE USES

Hay and Straw, Ear Corn, Small Grains: Shelled Corn, Milo, Wheat & Barley, Cardboard & Paper, Wood Chips & Bark, Silage Bales. The TUB GRINDER has no belt, chain or gear box drives to wear out. This simplicity of design allows the TUB GRINDER to be sold at such a low price. The most astonishing feature of the TUB GRINDER is its lower horsepower requirements and smoother operation. The rotor cuts across the tub floor from the outside to the center and much of the grinding is done in the tub before the material reaches the main grinding area. The rotor is three to five times heavier per inch of shear length than competitive machines and this extra weight builds inertia that makes the TUB GRINDER the smoothest running grinder on the market and the easiest on tractor power take-offs. The capacity will surprise you. Ten to twenty ton per hour in fairly dry conditions with 70 to 80 horsepower can be expected. Also, the TUB GRINDER uses shear plates instead of screens which makes it even more desirable in wet, tough conditions. Individually adjustable shear plates replace screens to control particle size, these shear plates are adjustable from ground level and can be adjusted with speed and ease.

A High Capacity-Low-Cost grinder that can grind dairy quality alfalfa without getting it too fine. We can now grind this good quality alfalfa to the desired length for all operations. Any length from 2″ to 6″ stems. We accomplish this by using a special ALFALFA HAMMER that weighs 38 apiece. These hammers will stay extended in this good quality feed at 540 This lower tip speed does not powder the leaves. Horsepower requirement is reduced to about half (from 60 and up) and the capacity remains high. LOW PROFILE SPECIAL: Same as above but for the operator who wants to use a lower lift Skid Steer loader to feed the Tub Grinder. Only 7’4 high and 8 6 wide at the top of the tub.

Wood Chipper

PZ SERIES PROFESSION CHIPPING MACHINES

Wood chipper range includes machines able to reduce the volume of large masses of green or dry material, including logs and branches with diameters that vary from 10 to 25 cm, without excluding any other residues of pruning, scrubs, brambles and anything else resulting from maintenance of the woodland, avenues, parks, gardens and cemeteries. The machines can be built to operate in static conditions, or enabled for attachment to the 3-point hitch to be towed by a tractor or mounted on a trailer for road transport (at low or high speed).

Functioning

The special features that distinguish this chipping machines is the large size of the feeding hopper of the material to be chipped, which are followed by two notched rollers which, with independent hydraulic activation, take the material to the cutting flywheel onto which the knives are attached. Long experience has allowed to structure this flywheel in a way to assure the best cutting effectiveness through time, without requiring particular maintenance interventions.

A “no stress” electronic protection device automatically adjusts the feed flow of the material to be chipped, in relation to the power available, according to the force of the amount of material being chipped. This device lengthens the machine’s life. The chipped material is then expelled using the unloading conveyor, equipped with movable deflector that allows to direct the flow to the ground or towards a container (eg. transport vehicle container).

Driving

These chipping machines-backing the customer’s requirements can be driven by tractor power-take-off (G), an autonomous Diesel (M), or electric (E) motor.

Fertilizer spreader

Tractor PTO operated Implement attached with 3-point linkage of the tractor Hydraulic_ Fertilizers in the form of powder, granules can be used. The flow quantity can be regulated by a mechanical regulator on the Implement. It will cover about 5-6 hectares in a day. The Throw will be about 12-15 ft on each side. The operating cost will be minimum, with higher area coverage, and uniform Distribution.

Bird scarer

It is a plant protection equipment to scare the animals, birds from damaging the crops. This is operated by butane or normal LPG which will produce a noise of about 80 decibels. NO SMOKE (OR) NO FIRE, ONLY SOUND will save the precious crops damage from the birds/animals.

Folding Wing Rotary Mowers

The new Rotary mowers folding wing mower sets new standards in cutting performance with a total of 15 heavy duty cutting blades chopping and mulching everything from fine grasses to light scrub up to 50mm diameter. With a six-gearbox driveline, each with slip clutch protection, high horsepower inputs are widely spread to deliver exceptional reliability and durability. The high output 6.2mm cutting width enables over 6ha to be cleared every hour. The traveling width of 2.80m and rubber suspension on all wheels and the linked drawbar ensures safe high-speed transport between sites.

Reach Mowers

Reach mowers with telescopic arm has maximum sideways reach of 6.4m with the flexibility and convenience of a 5.6m reach machine. Tractor matched to power units of 4,000Kg and over, the telescopic reach mowers extend the capability of farmers and their contractors with dykes to mow and hedges to cut. Hard-wearing nylon type wear pads support the sliding section of the telescopic arm and are easily adjustable without any arm dismantling. While the reach mowers 3-point linkage as standard, it can also be fitted to the tractor rear axle for maximum stability. When it is to be used for extensive grass mowing, the optional high-capacity oil cooler is recommended.
