Jaw Crushers
Powerscreen jaw crushers are designed to exceed the primary crushing needs of customers in the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries. Cone Crushers
Cone crushers are highly effective at using compression to crush material into a consistent product. Impact Crushers Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
Impact crushers (also known as impactors or horizontal shaft impactors) can be used in primary, secondary, or tertiary applications. They use inertia of the blowbars fitted to the rotor to fracture the material, resulting in a high reduction ratio. Impactors are often used as a cost effective alternative to jaw and cone combination plants as they have a good level of reduction and product shaping for many applications. Powerscreen impact crushers are designed to excel as primary impactors, taking large feed material and reducing it down to a sellable product. They’re also extremely suitable for secondary applications where material is fed by a primary crusher and reduced to a finer product. Trommel Screens

Dust Suppression
Powerscreen has developed the Aquamist dust suppression system, an improvement over conventional jets or water-sprays. They are a high capacity misting fan which produces finely divided water droplets in the size range 10-150 micron diameter. At this size they can easily combine themselves with dust particles of similar dimensions and precipitate them out of the air. Because water-mists “float” more than a conventional spray it covers and envelops the dust cloud more effectively.

Powerscreen offers recycling solutions for many types of materials. Anything from construction and demolition waste to soils, composts, and other organic materials can be processed by Powerscreen’s range of crushers and screens.
The use of Powerscreen tracked mobile crushing and screening equipment in recycling has evolved around the processing of recycled raw materials into secondary materials derived from used concretes, asphalt, china clay waste to glass and construction and demolition waste from various sources. Powerscreen equipment can be used in the reduction and separation of recycled raw materials into usable secondary aggregates or sands. Other processes suited to Powerscreen equipment can include the sizing of soils, composts, and wood bark to make up finished material that can be used in parks, sports fields, golf courses and garden areas.
