Hepa Air Filters

These HEPA filters are meticulously crafted to meet precise standards for high-efficiency use in commercial and industrial settings. They play a crucial role in environments where stringent cleanliness is essential, ensuring the removal of contaminants to safeguard health, protect products, and preserve the interiors of buildings. Applications for these filters are diverse, encompassing hospitals, manufacturing plants, microelectronic component assembly, negative air machines, biological hoods, and food processing facilities.

Our dedicated filter manufacturing station is designed to create a controlled atmosphere specifically tailored for HEPA filter production, ensuring the production of high-quality filters. The standard HEPA filter configuration features gently pleated glass microfiber media separated by rolled-edged aluminum separators, promoting open airflow and stabilizing the media pack.

To seal the media pack to the filter casing, a non-decaying type of self-cured epoxy adhesive is employed. Every HEPA filter undergoes efficiency testing and certification before being packed and dispatched. Filter casings, available in aluminum, powder-coated GL, or stainless steel, can be manufactured in box type or flange type based on specific requirements.

Hepa Air Filters – Mini Pleat Type

These Mini Pleat Type HEPA filters share the same composition as traditional HEPA filters, constructed from imported micro glass fiber paper. The filter pack is created by pleating a continuous media roll using an automatic media pleating machine. Throughout the pleating process, non-dissolving thread glue is continuously applied at equidistances, acting as separators. These thread glue separators not only ensure uniform spacing between media folds but also contribute to the rigidity and strength of the media pack. The assembled filter pack is then permanently bonded to the casing.

Various casing options are available, including Aluminum anodized/powder-coated, Galvanized iron powder-coated, or stainless steel.

These filters present a noteworthy alternative to conventional HEPA filters with Aluminum Corrugated separators. Their design allows for a higher volume of air handling, thanks to a larger filtration area within the same size as standard HEPA filters. Additionally, the filters are easy to handle during installation and removal due to their reduced weight.
