Isolated Phase Bus Ducts
The isolated phase bus (IPB) is a solution for main generator leads with current ratings ranging from 3kA to 50kA. Isolated Phase Bus systems are only utilised for main generator lines when there is a need for low external electro-magnetic fields and maximal phase to phase fault prevention.
Vidyut Engineering offers continuous self-cooled rates of up to 31 kA. A factory consultation is required to best fulfil your project’s demands for forced-air cooled rates up to 50 kA continuous. Vidyut provides a solution to satisfy your standards for installations that require momentary ratings of up to 900 kA peak.
Vidyut Engineering’s low and medium voltage bus product not only serves the balance of the plant, but it can also feed the generator output with amp capacities ranging from 3,000 to 50,000 amperes. Their product complies with ANSI/IEEE Standard C37.23 as well as IEC Standards for Metal Enclosed Buses.
