Full Scale Tower Destructive Test

The Ramboll Tubular Tower has been tested for different wind loads on physical test bed and all load cases test status was successful. After successful completion of all test cases with 100% of the ultimate load, the loading was continued beyond 100% of ultimate load. Tower withstood up to 190% of loadings with a waiting period of two minutes.

GALVANIZING DIVISION

  • They have setup our new state of the art galvanizing plant, commissioned in February 2020, with a capacity of over 85,000MT per annum. The plant incorporates the best in-class technology, products and practices from across the galvanizing world.
  • The Galvanizing plant has a tank size of 13M Length by 1.6M width and a depth on 2.2M. The plant setup is one of the largest galvanizing baths in India. They have 10 process tanks with a size of 13.5M length, 2M width and 2.5M depth.
  • They have an MoU with HZL for supply of special high-grade zinc only.
  • Inhouse well equipped QC Lab with Spectrometer.
  • 16 MT for job work galvanizing delivery is guaranteed in 24 hours
  • Under 50MT delivery guaranteed in 48 hours of material receipt
