INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS
Cable Ducts
It is manufactured from specially compounded high-impact rigid polyvinyl chloride. It will not peel, chip or crack. It is non-flammable and non-brittle too. The unique cover locking design prevents popping up of wires while removing cover. The ducts are offered in various colours and slotting styles. The colours we offer are greenish grey, black, ivory, white, blue and green. It is typically used in poorly ventilated areas such as aircrafts, rail cars or ships. It is also used extensively in the railroad industry. It stands strong during short-circuit.
Rotary Switches AC & DC Voltmeter Switches
CAM switches are suitable for AC as well as DC switching applications. In the AC switch range, we offer open terminals, touch-proof, rear termination, side termination and screw less terminals. We also offer versatile mountings. The D series switches are designed for DC switching applications. These Switches are constructed using snap action mechanism which provides “Quick Make Quick Break” of the contacts which is essential for DC switching.

General Purpose relays
General purpose relays are ideal to use instead of mechanical relays. The relays are used to transfer electricity for high voltage or frequency applications. It is highly durable and reliable. The relays with 5/10 Amps are used in UPS, inverters, voltage stabilizers, process control systems, instrumentation, automation system, vending machine, machine tools and textile machineries. 10/16 Amp relays are elegant, sturdy and lightweight. They are great for air conditioners. As per client demand, we offer them with AC and DC coils.
Load Break Isolators & Changeovers
LB series of load break switches and photo voltaic switches comply with latest specifications for modern low voltage devices. It is recognised in the market for its outstanding electrical characteristics such as compact design; contribute to space saving installation and operational convenience. The basic construction and design of the switch makes it highly compact, safe and reliable. It is manufactured using polyamide glass filled material which is recognised for its insulation. Limit Switches & Foot Switches
The Limit Switches and foot switches are electro-mechanical devices that consists of an actuator mechanically linked to a set of contacts. Each series is designed for a different application. The series are PC 100, PC 200, PC 300, PC 400, PC 600, PC 900 and PC 1500.
Wide range of foot switches such as compact foot switch, heavy duty foot switch, domestic foot switch, mini foot switch and meditwin are also available.
Terminal Connectors
The screw or spring clamp is the heart of the terminal block. It is engineered for perfect grip over solid or stranded wires. The special spring steel clamp ensures a tight yet gentle grip over the wire. The polyamide 66 housing encloses the clamps and provides the current bar with safe creep age and clearances. It also gives it long life insulation and unique flexibility. The terminal connectors are certified by UL and CSA for North America. With the terminal connectors, we also offer a wide range of accessories.
TRANSFORMERS
Toroidal Transformers, CT’s & Rogowski Coils
A Rogowski coil, named after the German Physisct Walter Rogowski, is an electrical device for measuring alternating current (AC) or high-speed current pulses. It consists of a evenly wound helical coil of wire with the lead from one end returning through the centre of the coil to the other end, so that both terminals are at the same end of the coil. The winding is done on a non-magnetic/non-metal former of constant cross-sectional area. The whole assembly is then wrapped around the straight conductor whose current is to be measured. The speciality is there is no metal (iron) core.
Inductors & Chokes
Toroidal Inductors are electronic components, typically consisting of a circular ring-shaped Magnetic core of iron powder, ferrite or other material around which wire is coiled to make an inductor. Toroidal coils are used in a broad range of applications, such as high-frequency coils and transformers. Toroidal inductors can have higher Q factors, higher inductance and No noise.
Single Phase Toroidal Transformer
Salzer entered in to a collaboration with Plitron manufacturing Inc., Toronto Canada for manufacturing of Toroidal Transformers in India in 1995. Since then, Salzer has specialized in Design, Development and manufacturing of High Quality, High Performance Toroidal Transformers. After the Collaboration Ended in 2016, Salzer with its own R&D Team has forayed into various other Toroidal Components like Inductors, Chokes and Filters. Today, we offer a very large selection of Standard Toroidal Transformers and we also specialize in various custom-built Toroidal Transformers with UL Listing and CE marking.
BUILDING SEGMENT
Automatic Source Changeover with Current Limiter (ACCL)
ACCL is used for efficient distribution of generator power in high rise apartments, townships, commercial buildings, etc without overloading the generator. The ACCL will switch the load to generator supply during failure of mains supply. It also acts as a current limiter when load on generator exceeds the pre-set limit thus avoiding any overload on the generator.

They manufacture a range of electrical house wires such as PVC, FRLS and HR insulated wires, single/multicore wires which provide additional safety and security.
Industrial Wires & Cables
They manufacture a wide range of Industrial wires & Cables from 0.5 sq mm to 300 sq mm. Building Wires, Flexible wires, Multi Core Cables, Flat cables, traveling cables, HRFR, FRLS, ZHFR wires, UL rated Wires, Shielded & Braided Wires & customised cables which provide additional safety and security.
Flexible Busbars (Flexibus)
Manufactured in accordance with IEC, UL and CE standards. Salzer has formulated a special grade of insulation compound to give it better flexibility and also meet the flammable rating of UL 94VO. It finds application in panel boards, UPS, stabilizers and windmills.
Enameled Copper Wire
High quality enamelled copper wires that are manufactured from 99.97% pure ETP grade copper. The offered enamelled copper wires or magnet wires meet all requirements and applications where there is a need to boost manufacturing efficiency. It finds application in AC/DC motors, transformers, alternators, relay coils, white good appliances, pumps, fans, light fittings and other electrical and electronic equipment.
Bunched Conductors
The bunched conductors manufactured by Salzer are meant for distributing LT power in rural areas, hilly terrains and congested urban areas.
Tinned Copper Wires
The tinned copper wires are manufactured by Salzer by the process of electroplating which ensures uniform coating and economical use of tin. The wires are used for overhead power source for subways, lights and heavy transit systems. It is also used for electrically powered mine trains, buses and industrial cranes.
