KH Exports has the most sophisticated tanneries in Asia. Three tanneries of the group have a capacity to produce 40 million sq.ft of Finished Leather per annum from Buff calf, Cow calf, Goat, and Sheep leathers both with the vegetable and chrome tanning. The company also imports Wet-salted, Pickled Wet-blue Calf, Cow, Sheep and Goat skins from New Zealand, European and African countries.
TANNERY A DIVISION
Their tannery produces high quality finished leathers which are exported to USA, Europe and Far eastern countries. This tannery has been accredited with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The company has been accredited with Gold rating by Leather Working Group (LWG).
FOOT WEAR DIVISION
The shoe factory manufactures premium quality shoes. The factory has a production capacity of 1.5 million pairs per annum. The high-quality shoes produced here are sold to reputed brands of the world.
The shoe factory, housed in about 325,000 sq. ft of space, has been accredited with ISO 9001. It produces high quality shoes, boots, and sandals both formal and casual for Men’s and Women’s. They have their own outsole manufacturing facility.
LEATHER GOODS DIVISION
It was established in 1985 and specialises in the production of tote bag, Wallets, Handbags, Belts and other small leather products. The Facility is unmatched in its production capabilities and design expertise. It has a built-up area of about 3,25,000 sq. ft. with an in-house Design studio capable to develops concepts in line with international trends and works on entire collections. The facility engages around 3,850 employees as of now.
The Company sells its products to most famous brands of the world. The facility has a capacity to produce 900,000 bags, 3 million SLG and 1 million belts per annum. It has been accredited with ISO 9001, SA 8000:2014, ISO14001:2015 & also verified for its C-TPAT Supply Chain Security System by US Customs and Border Security Forces and by other Brands.
The facility has been a Member in SAC (Sustainability Apparel Coalition of USA) for improvement in sustainability performance by using HIGG Index Tools for Self-Assessment of its Social & Environmental areas with transparency and thus serve as an accurate and reliable guide to create and develop cost effective and successful sustainability programs and for sharing information about the Company to source Supply Chain partners with exceptional credentials and thus resulting in streamlining the assessment processes for successful adoption of sustainability practices.
Their HIGG Index Score under Social & Environmental Modules for the year 2016 jointly assessed by the Facility and the Buyer H&M may be viewed in the HIGG portal.
GLOVE DIVISION
It produces high fashion leather gloves. The factory has installed capacity to produce 1.5 million pairs of high fashion gloves per annum. We are selling our gloves to famous brands of the world.
The factory has been accredited with ISO 9001-2008.
