Rubber Chemical Dispersions / Prevulcanised Natural Latex Rubber

KA Prevulcanised Latex Pvt. Ltd manufactures a range of Single and Composite dispersions under the brand KA Dispersions.

These dispersions are designed to work in synergy with natural rubber and are produced under stringent conditions.

Our dispersions have the advantage of

  • A faster rate of cross-linking
  • Less chemical dosagge
  • Less chemical sedimentation and wastage
  • Uniform chemical distribution
  • Intimate mixing of rubber particles and chemical
  • Better aged properties
  • Unlike the normal chemical dispersions, KA Dispersion is well dispersed in the aqueous phase minimizing sedimentation and valuable chemical wastage during the compounding and manufacturing process. KA Dispersion allows reduction of chemical dosage leading to cost-saving to a formulator.

KA Dispersion also offers customized dispersions made using our sophisticated in-house technical capability.

All dispersions are available in 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, 100kg and 200kg HDPE container

Speciality Latex Rubber

KA Prevulcanised Latex produces a range of Specialty Latices.

  • Ultra Low Protein Latex (ULPL)
  • Ultra low Ammonia CL 60
  • No Ammonia CL 60
  • No Nitrosamine CL 60
  • Centrifuged Homogenized Latex (CHL)

The very range of specialty lattices shows that at KAPVL we are working for a green environment.

Their Ultra-Low protein Latex uses green chemistry that virtually eliminates antigenic protein, lutoids, and other organic particles resulting in a cleaner and purer natural rubber latex. The benefits are lesser leaching to extract proteins, reduced water consumption, lower energy and sewage expenses, easy integration, requires no process change or capital expenses. It has a 100% green footprint.

KAPVL is the first Company to commercially manufacture ultra-low ammonia and No ammonia CL 60. The ultra-low ammonia latex is specifically designed for the foam industry. – No de-ammoniation, no loss of rubber, and no mess with ammonia. Say No to Ammonia, use our No ammonia CL 60. As is well known, for over 75 years ammonia has been the primary preservative used in natural rubber. Its strong odour, irritation to the eyes, nose, and skin, makes its use a recurring problem. Our R&D has worked for years to find an ideal replacement for ammonia.

Use of No ammonia CL 60 makes your working environment a much safer and pleasant place for you and your customer. No ammonia is used at any stage from tree to finished product. If you are using NR Latex for the production of dipped goods, adhesives, or coatings our No ammonia CL 60 may well be the answer to your problems of odour, health and safety issues.

We also have No ammonia No nitrosamine CL 60, Centrifuged Homogenized Latex(CHL)
