The crematorium generally has two chambers; the primary chamber where the actual cremation takes place and the secondary chamber where the flue gases which come from the primary chamber is fully burnt before the gas is sent to the pollution control equipment called cyclone separator and venturi wet scrubber. The gas crematoriums operate at a temperature of 600-1200 deg centrigrade.
GASIFIER CREMATORIUM FURNACE
The gasifier crematorium equipment includes body charging trolley, control panel board, air pollution control equipment – venture scrubber with cyclone separator, ID fan, and 30 meter stack chimney, water contamination control equipment – effluent treatment plant with roots blower.
ELECTRIC CREMATION FURNACE
The electric crematorium setup comes with manually operated body charging trolley, main control panel board to operate and maintain all electric crematorium equipment, electric cremation furnace door system assembly with door automation technology, high temperature Kanthal Nikrothal (nickel-chromium alloy/NiCr alloy) electric heating coil system, venturi scrubber with cyclone separator, ID fan and 30 meters stack chimney.
MOBILE CREMATORIUM
It’s a crematorium on wheel. A shed of size 10 ft x 10 ft is enough for a mobile cremator. Three LPG cylinders are sufficient with a standby of 3 cyclinders.
